CONTENT INSPECTION – PRINT TRAFFIC – delivery

We deliver tested, exhibition ready content to your designated venue/s.

• Your Programmer cc’s us on all invitations so we can begin our print traffic grid that we’ll share with your team.
• Once files are received, we QC (quality check) the video and audio to ensure the best possible screening scenario for your event.
• Files that pass the QC will be placed on external drives for deployment to your exhibiting venue/s. Each drive will include a proper manifest.
• Files that fail the QC will be contacted by us for replacement. Your team will be cc’d on all communication.
• You will recieve discounted DCP encoding rates for your festival pre-roll and onscreen content.
• We will also provide discounted DCP encoding to filmmakers who do not possess a DCP.
• In the event DCPS are not required for your event, we also collect .mov (or the like) files for your exhibitions. These too are QC’d to ensure you’ll have a seamless event.

Your deadline to receive accepted films will be about 10 days earlier than normal. ie. If your event’s deadline is July 1st, your deadline would be June 21. This gives additional time to get the completed packaging delivered to your exhibiting venue with time for ingestion. If you are screening .mov files (or the like) your package will also be delivered 7-10 days prior to opening night.
